Regalware 101 Cup Commercial polished aluminum percolators brew perfect coffee and automatically hold it at the ideal serving temperature. These percolators are built for heavy-duty service and are ideal for caterers, restaurants, schools, health care facilities, offices and shops. It features a non-drip spigot, stay-cool phenolic handles and knob and a twist-to-secure cover. A signal light indicates when coffee is ready and the interior water level markings provide ease of operation. This 101 cup model features a "brew-view" gauge, a dual, high-limit thermostat to protect against overheating and an “on/off" switch. The cup capacity is based on a 5-ounce cup (148ml) and this coffeemaker features a fast brew time: 101 cups in less than 60 minutes. It has a 3-prong grounded plug and uses 1500 watts of power, 110-120 volts.
